DESCRIPTION

Base Con 650N is a water reducing cun set retarding concrete admixture with powerful plasticizing effect which deflocculates and disperses the cement particles within a concrete mix. It can be used to improve workability, without the addition of extra water, or to allow reductions in the free water contents of the concrete mix. Base Con 650N admixture has Normal setting characteristics and help in producing more uniform and predictable quality concrete. High ultimate strengths at the high dosage range.

DOSAGE

Optimum dosage of Base con 650N should be determined with trail mixes. As a guide, a dosage range of 350ml to 1200ml per 100kg of cementations material is recommended. Base con 650N is also compatible with slag and pozzolans such as fly ash and silica fume. Trial mixes should be made with site materials & approximating the job site conditions to determine the dosage required.

APPLICATION

>Base con 650N is ready-to-use liquid which id dispensed into the concrete together with the mixing water. The plasticizing effect and water reduction are higher if the admixture is added to the dump concrete after around 50% of the mixing water has been added. The addition of Base con 650N to dry aggregate or comment it’s not recommended.

SHELF LIFE Use before one year

Use within one year.

PACKING

Base con 650N is supplies in 220 kg, 230 kg and 250 kg. (as per customer request.)

TEST CERTIFICATION

It meets the requirements of chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM C 494 Type B,D & G GB8076-1997 and GB50119-2003.
